This Isn’t Your Typical Summer Job

Every spring we start hiring for our busy season…and every year I think, “ how do you explain what this job is really like?”

Because it’s not just a job. And if you’ve done it, you get it.

Yeah, there’s tents and tables. But it’s also early mornings, long days, working outside, and figuring things out as you go. It’s fast-paced, hands-on, and team-driven.

And at the end of the day you can actually see what you accomplished.
A full setup. A finished event. Something you helped create.
That feeling hits different.

Start Here. Grow Here. Stay Here.

If you’re in high school or college, this isn’t a sit-behind-a-screen kind of job. You’re outside, staying active, learning real skills, and working with a crew that has your back. Plus, we work around school and sports schedules.

“You’re all over… it never really gets boring.”

The days go fast, and over time you build real-life skills—and if you stick with it, there’s room to grow.

Meet Faith

Faith started at 15, cleaning bounce houses before she could even drive. At first, even something like loading chairs was tough—but she stuck with it.
“When I could load a full stack of chairs into the trailer on my own… I knew I had it.”

Now she’s helping run large installs and even stepping into hiring.
“When I started, I couldn’t even drive… now I can handle a truck and trailer.”

That kind of growth doesn’t happen everywhere.

Where Coworkers Become a Crew

What really makes this job different is the people.

Long days, early mornings, late nights—you’re in it together. And somewhere along the way, coworkers turn into a work family.

“Working late… I actually like it. It’s more relaxed when it’s just your crew.”

Those are the moments people remember.

Not for Everyone—And That’s the Point

This job isn’t for everyone.

It’s for people who show up, work hard, help their team, and take pride in what they do. For the right person, it can be one of the best jobs you’ll ever have.

More Than Just a Job

My dad started this as a family business—and it still feels that way. It’s a place where people grow, gain confidence, and become part of something bigger.

For some, it’s a summer job.
For others, it turns into more.

“I’ve had fun here, I keep coming back, and I’m still here.” — Faith
