Is the tent going on grass, asphalt/concrete, or somewhere else? Can we stake it securely in the ground? Determining the location and preferred style is your first step to choosing the perfect tent for your celebration. Let's explore your options!
Canopy Tent Rentals
Canopy Tents Pros: offer excellent shade, seat 32-80 guests depending on size, and can be set-up by customers. Most cost effective tent.
Cons: require grass for staking. Requires additional space for stakes around perimeter. Has 1-3 Center Poles. Less wind tolerant.
Available in 20x20, 20x30, and 20x40.
Frame Tent Rentals
Frame Tent Pros: No center poles, suitable for driveways and select patios, available in different sizes, and more wind-tolerant. Cons: Slightly higher cost and only available with delivery and set-up.
Bigger Tents
Our larger tents are available in both frame and tension styles, accommodating anywhere from 100 to 1000 guests. These tents are designed to withstand challenging weather conditions, offering added durability.
Cons: More expensive. Must be set-up by ASR Team. Requires more install time.
Step 2: Finding the Right Tent Size
Now, consider your table preference: round or banquet? Check out some of our All Star tent packages if you have the ability to take stake. Remember a canopy tent requires 4-5' around the perimeter for ropes.
* 7 day lead is required on all packages. Linen price includes half-way to floor linens in poly.
Delivery, setup & pickup in parks and before/after regular business hours may incur extra charges. Prices subject to change.
