The POSITION: Our Warehouse Crew Members play a crucial part in our Customer Experience. This position is responsible for accurately pulling and preparing inventory in order to satisfy all upcoming orders. A positive, helpful, and friendly attitude is a must for this position, as well as the ability to work physically under a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions. Customer Service/Event SpecialistAs All Star Rentals continues to grow and expand our reach for event rentals in the Milwaukee Area, we are growing our Sales Team for 2023! We're looking for an outgoing person who has a passion for Special Events and Weddings and is committed to both their personal and professional development. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL: • Demonstrate a Motivation & Passion for Driving Results, No Matter the Task • Be a Quick Learner, Flexible, and Able to Multitask • Thrive In a Team Environment • Demonstrate Excellent Customer Service and Phone Presence • Be Proficient with all Google Apps; Comfortable with Computers • Have 2 Years of College or Higher Education • Have Hospitality or Customer Service Industry Experience or Education Your Sales Responsibilities Can Include Things Like: • Assisting customers for their events by phone, email, and in-person • Coordinating rentals for small to medium scale events; grow into large scale events • Following up with clients on event quotes, reservations, and completed contracts • Building and maintaining a client base • Participating and contributing in weekly team meetings • Being open to attending networking events & actively pursuing new areas of business Your Administrative Tasks Can Include Things Like: • Prepping, processing, & filing paperwork & notes before/after the event • Confirming with customers their orders and delivery times prior to event setup. • Ensuring all site prep work has been completed –Diggers Hotline, Diagrams, etc. • Other daily/weekly tasks that need to happen in order for our clients' events to go smoothly (ie. pull linens, clean and prep concession equipment, assist in loading/unloading client vehicles for non-delivery orders, etc.) Physical Requirements Include: -Ability to lift at least 25 pounds -Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours -Bending, Twisting, Lifting, etc. -Applicants must be at least 18 years old -Weekend availability based on business needs Some of the BENEFITS You'll Receive While Working Here Are: • Getting to Work With a Team the Loves to Come to Work & Have FUN • Paid Vacation (waiting period applies) • Paid Holidays (waiting period applies) • Rental Discounts • Seasonal Bonus Opportunities
